Set heights dynamically for columns & iframe

I would like to be able to set dynamically two things;

The height of the iframe containing the board on GitHub. Probably the responsibility of the Google Chrome extension. The height of the iframe need to perfectly fit between the header and footer of Github and resized when the window is resized @Jamesford
The height of individual columns. Within the iframe, the height of the column should fit its content, but max out at the total available height of the containing frame. Probably handled by the client @EcutDavid

Done for the extension. We should probably decide on a lower limit though for how small the injected iframe can be.
