When visiting a new repo for the first time, we should do a few things;
Detect that it is an actual Jekyll website and throw an error if it isn't (maybe check there's a _config.yml file at the root),
If there's no _schemas/ folder, then prompt the user with a message letting them confirm that they want us to add one. If the user says yes, then add the folder with two default JSON schemas (one for pages and one for posts since they're default collections in Jekyll).
