Update workflow #88

Main changes

Frontend files will be compiled to the folder /public
Update backend routing to host frontend
Remove module resolver for the frontend
Run make dev to start the project (I have updated the README in root folder)

Docker for deployment will be next PR

@wwayne the module-resolver setting in .babelrc has to be removed as well. Otherwise LGTM.

@woodpig07 I just pushed .babelrc in the root folder, but we'd better keep the PR at the moment in case unexpected bug. I will merge the PR after dockerlization.
