Submitting my fullstack test #25

Hi Wiredcraft team,

This is my test, please check it out. The app is online you can try it out, no need to install or run anything on your machine if you wish to. To read the README I wrote please cd lightning-talk-polling-app folder, I didn't want to modify the original README file written by Wiredcraft team. Your README file is like the source of the truth!

NOTE: 5 days ago I made a pull request from my branch mdbootstrap test to your master repo, that was a mistake, It happened while I was pushing my mdbootstrap test branch to my repo -not your repo, from the terminal, then I press something by mistake on Github :)

Hi Wiredcraft, @makara,

I had submitted my pull request for the fullstuck test last Friday. Most likely you guys are busy, or my pull request notification got lost in the middle of so many other notifications on Github.

Writing this message hopefully, it will draw your attention to my pull request :)

If you are busy just drop a message please, so at least I know that you've received my test. Waiting patiently is not a problem, just need to know if the test was received or not.
