Completed app #37

I created a backend using Rails. If you'd like to use it, please clone this repo: https://github.com/tomhill991/lightning-talk-backend

Please run it on the correct local server: rails server -p 4000

I initially made commits that had to be removed. There were four commits prior to my initial commit on this repo ('clean app'). They involved creating the initial versions of the buttons component and lightning-talk-component
