Sorry, I should've open this PR earlier.

This is not completed yet. Especially testing part. I will comment when I think I'm done.

I'd appreciate if you have time to review my existing code base, and give me hints :)

Before closing this PR, I actually even didn't add a readme.

So here it is and a implementation detail doc.
