Need to add questions to check Transmit Power and Frequency for WINNF.FT.C.HBT #135

In the current release of Test Harness questions are not asked for step 10 full verification i.e. there is no check for correct tx frequency and power. As there is a pass and fail criterion associated with it so it would be good to add it. -Awaiz
