add dummy -clean deps inside linux and windows plat-build to fix building

-clean exists in macosx but not in windows and linux making ant to fail on these platforms

hey, thank you, yes, I´ve been updating the macosx version, which is the one I have access to right now, I expect to get the Windows machine sometime soon
