Bulk fixing WTG1005 does not seem to combine fixes in leading trivia with fixes in trailing trivia. #151

This means that the bulk fixing needs to be applied twice. It might also be a good idea to create a single diagnostic for all the failures in the same document rather than one diagnostic per incorrect line-ending, similar to what we do for incorrect indentation.
