Mana bar #12

Hey guys, I am playing around with RE and I challenged myself to create a mana bar feature. I think it is pretty useless, but why not? It will add a new flair to TA.

Edit: this pull also has the printText pull request, as I need to modify it in some part of the hooking.

Nice one, Noen! I've seen that bar in XenoBot as well... I'd say it's not useless... :D You can check your mana way quicker this way, since you are already looking at your character... xD

Hey Wisling, could you reopen this pull? There is one more commit I forgot to add.
