Refactor CConfigDialog and CConfigData #18

The same class names persists in almost all modules. It makes code indexing often go wild. Also makes hard to browse through code.

I just pay attention to the folder any searches return, or specify the module folder I am interested in when searching. I wouldn't bother changing this. What does code indexing get used for and what actions do you perform that makes it obvious that changing this would make things better?

"Go to definition/Go to declaration/Find references" - I'm also using Visual Assist X, and it is a little harder to trick. But it's something that I'd eventually like to see fixed. Again - a really low priority one.
