Swift PM support

• Add SwiftPM support via Package.swift
• Fixes class to AnyObject deprecation warning
• GitIgnore swift pm .build dir
• Add a GitHub Action to run swift build on PRs for validation
• Add SwiftPM info to README.md and fix some spelling/formatting warnings
