Feature Request: Tooltip Repositioning In-Combat #12

One of the things I like about CowTip is that I can have the tooltip
reposition itself in the corner of the screen when I enter combat. This
keeps my raid interface looking a bit cleaner while I'm in a boss fight.
I'd love it if TinyTip could do this as well.

Consider this a low-priority feature request. TinyTip is already far
smaller than CowTip so it's not nearly as obtrusive to have under the
cursor, and unless you feel like others would value a feature like this, I
wouldn't want you to spend an inordinate amount of effort on it.

New option - HideInCombat. You probably wanted RepositionInCombat, which is 
something
