Settings do not apply.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /ttip
2. change anchor setting to Right for both unit and other tips. 
3. Change background color to black.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings do not change... nor do they apply after /rl.  looking at settings
they are set to the changed options I selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2-Beta from your SVN here at GoogleCode.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the Icon Module installed as well, I see no options for it in /ttip
nor do I see any icons appear for the units that have buffs.

Please read the log (commit) comments as well. TinyTipIcons is not finished 
yet, I 
was just uploading the code for backup purposes. Remember that /trunk 
represents the 
bleeding edge development. Stable builds will be tagged (/tags).
