You asked me to put it here so you'll remember it, here we go:

Hostility colored ToolTip Borders!
Always keep the ToolTip Background black, it's best color to read texts.
But make the Border change depending the target reaction, Green, Red,
Yellow, Gray (Tapped). Would be sex! Even JoshBorke agrees that this would
be hot!
