Cannot bring up options screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. typing /ttip or /tinytip in the text entry

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see *some* response - a gui options screen, a slash command
listing in the chat window, *something*.  It fails to the point where I
don't even get the text box cleared & accepted.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I unloaded all other addons and updated to r67345 for TTip and 67344 for
TTOptions.  I also deleted all TinyTip.lua files SavedVariables.  I
couldn't try the recommended /ttip default, since I couldn't get that far.

Please provide any additional information below.

When I re-enable BugSack (along with the rest of my addons) I get the same
error as when I have no other addons... but I can copy & paste the output:

Whoops - just noticed Defect 44, of which this is obviously a duplicate.
