I'm looking for the ability to control which debuffs are shown on target 
mouseover.

As a warrior, being able to mouseover a target and view how many sunders 
are on a mob without changing target would be invaluable.  The problem is 
FINDING the damn sunder icon in the midst of the warlocks dots, rogues 
poisons, Spriests VEs, etc.

This was a feature in the old TinyTip for Disease, Poison, etc. Making it 
available
to all buffs was an idea I was tossing around. It'll be in TinyTipModules.

This is simple enough that it'll be in TinyTip proper. TinyTipModules no longer 
exists. But anyway. Assigning owner as...me.
