Describe what sort of feature you are looking to have added

Use-Case

As a medic, I would like to have an option to have a 3D icon drawn over downed teammates.

AC

[ ] New setting to conditionally draw the icon.
[ ] Draw an icon on unconscious players with 3D icons.
[ ] Only draw icon if unit has the Medic trait from ACE or base Arma
[ ] Ideally allow for color-adjustment of the icon.
[ ] Possibly draw an icon on the map as well.

Technical Notes

Antistasi has a similar feature, it may be possible to reference that.
