Describe your changes

Persist radio settings on respawn.
Persist radio settings with partial application possible when loading loadouts, e.g. if you have a 343 and a 148 and load a loadout with just a 343 it'll still apply the settings to that radio.
Give curators not in Zeus cam access to God Mode.
