Describe your changes

Added a new .338 "Abyssal" version of the DMR. (Closes #222)
Added a new scope for this DMR that is like the MR-10 but with night vision support.
Added the P90 and PS90, rechambered in 6.5mm, both full-auto capable.
Added and updated ACEAX configs:
- BR55 and DMR now in "DMR" group (Suggest adding base DMR here or removing entirely)
- Both P90s in "PDW" group (Suggest adding M7 here later)

Okay. I don't know why the CLA faction is failing when I didn't touch anything even in the same addon folder, but here we are. It should all be good to go for now. More weapons, optics, and other such will still be added after this, but consider this wave 1.
