Marketing settings in head.antlers.html were no longer loaded #139

Due to the change from view() to View::make, the marketing settings in head.antlers.html were no longer loaded. This change fix that

Thank you for the PR, I'll be testing/merging this in today to get the fix out in a release

Thanks @GertTimmerman , tested and confirmed the fix - this will be released later today.

We're currently planning the automated tests required which will catch bugs like this for us in future releases.
