This pull request consist fixes for #31 and #44.

Use StringConversions to cast UTF8/UTF16
Read correct data in Mattermost::OnRunCommand
Returning correct error number from Ignore Self-Signed SSL Certificates part
Fix problem with messages larger than 500KB (tested on out of the box Mattermost docker prod version)
Some code simplification
