Static analysis #182

I was wondering why "static/code_checks" is run on the device? I actually think the greps are nice, in fact I wrote a similar tool a long time ago which can be found on https://github.com/floyd-fuh/crass/blob/master/grep-it.sh .

I think it would make more sense to join forces here rather than reinventing the wheel.

Hi @floyd-fuh, you are correct: the module is not run on the device.

It would be amazing if we could join forces and create a single knowledge base of known issues!
