On November 26, I commissioned a pair of drawings for the article from quickcartoon:

  1. Fifth drawing: Wolf in F1 Racing Action
    • Subject: A wolf, anthropomorphized to resemble a racing driver, is riding an F1 car.
    • Appearance of the Wolf: The wolf should be depicted as being highly excited and enthusiastic, similar to the character of Glottis from the LucasArts' 1998 classic game, Grim Fandango, see the attached image. The wolf should be wearing a vintage-style leather helmet and goggles to add to the racing aesthetic.
    • F1 Car Details: The car should be a classic F1 racing model, featuring the number '3' prominently on its front nose.
    • Perspective and Motion: The illustration should capture the wolf and the F1 car from a side view, with both moving towards the left side of the frame, suggesting a sense of speed and motion.
  2. Sixth drawing: Science Experiment Gone Awry
    • Subject: A wolf, anthropomorphized with human-like features and expressions.
    • Attire and Pose: The wolf is dressed in a lab coat and is holding a clipboard under the arm of its right hand. The clipboard should have a visible paper with checkboxes, emphasizing the wolf's role as a scientist conducting an experiment.
    • Experiment Details: In its left hand, the wolf is holding a test tube. This test tube should appear blackened and smoky, suggesting a recent, intense chemical reaction.
    • Comedic Element: The upper half of the wolf, including its face, is covered in soot from the explosion, leaving only its cartoonish eyes visible for a humorous effect. This detail is key to the comedic aspect of the scene.
    • Perspective and Expression: The wolf should be depicted from the side, turned towards the right of the observer. Its expression should reflect a blend of surprise and comical dismay, enhancing the humor of the situation.

After completion, we should add the drawings to the article:

On December 12, quickcartoon accepted my commission and they should provide us with the drawings by December 20.

Today, I received the finished drawings. After discussing the second drawing (science experiment gone awry) with LS and MS on WhatsApp, Kaleth on Discord and @TeXhackse on Matrix.org the same day, I concluded that we'd want to request revisions for the second drawing.

On December 21, I sent a revision request to quickcartoon. I expect to receive the revised drawing in January.
