This PR makes the following changes:

[x] Pass \markdownOptionOutputDir to lt3luabridge.
[x] Close https://github.com/Witiko/lt3luabridge/milestone/4.
[x] Wait for lt3luabridge 2.2.0 to become part of Docker image texlive/texlive:latest.
[x] Test support for the -output-directory option of TeX engines in test.py.
[x] Update CHANGES.md.

This PR closes #457.
