Add the ability to store city information in an editable manner #13

As a DM I want to be able to store city information and locations inside of that city so that keeping track of information is far easier than what is possible with pen and paper.

This will likely require SQLite integration to be able to store use created items. We should look further into the best possible solution but my moneys on SQLite.
