kakao story link post 생성시에 error code -604 에 대한 보안책 필요. #305

아래 링크의 경우에 kakao story의 link_info api가 파싱하지 못함.

316 에서 recovery기능으로 인하여 이 문제가 발생하는 경우에 무한 retry함.
