Lego programmables (Mindstorms and possibly other lines of products) might become exciting for students to work with.

Potential drawbacks:

High price tag.
Buy one and then not do anything with it.
Unknown compatibility with our equipment.

Actions:

[ ] Research available products.
[ ] Research compatibility.
[ ] Find products appropriate for our workshops and budget constraints.
[ ] Decide whether to buy or not.
[ ] Buy. Or not.
