Feature Request: Windows Menu #107

It would be nice to include a list of the open graphs in the Windows menu, and 
a shortcut to cycle through graphs (e.g. Ctrl up- and down-arrow in Windows, 
Cmd up- and down-arrow on a Mac).

The Cmd/Ctrl+arrow keys accelerators are already used for panning across a 
graph (useful if you don't have a scroll wheel).  But the idea is good.  Maybe 
Cmd/Ctrl+page up/down instead?

Unable to keep a list of graph windows (Java provides no native mechanism for 
hitting callbacks based upon JInternalFrame selections), but show previous/next 
functionality was implemented using the Ctrl/Cmd + Page Up/Down accelerators.
