Add a Mac OS X launcher/installer #111

An additional Mac OS X launcher/installer would help by:

 * Allowing for an application icon beyond the default Java icon
 * Add VisiGraph application shortcuts to the appropriate system menus
 * Set up file-associations with the *.vsg file extension
 * Allow for relaunch-on-download capabilities (for generators and functions)
 * Allow for automatic update capabilities
