Correct fork graph #123

The "Fork graph" in the online library has an extra disconnected vertex for 
some reason.  The extraneous vertex simply needs to be deleted and the file 
pushed back into source control. See 
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/ForkGraph.html for the correct graph.

This task should not take more than a few minutes, but as I am presently 
occupied with a very large series of changes (per Issue #113) I will be unable 
to make this change until my next check-in.
