Rob client sketch #19

I sketched up this client. On load it calls GET /query and displays the result in the console. This pull request has a few things in it.

  1. sets up a directory structure in src/
  2. requires bower for client resources, requiring bower install
  3. sets up .gitignore for a few ignore-able details

sound good?

i assigned max to review and merge this, since it mostly impacts him - but i don't think it makes many assumptions.
