[BUG] Ghoul Skill Specialisation Dice Roll #142

When selecting a skill specialisation for a Ghoul when making a roll, it doesn't increment the dice amount (I think it's still trying to increment the hunger dice that aren't there anymore), and then when you deselect the specialisation, the dice amount decreases.

Found the issue. Will be fixed in the next release.
