We broke this some time ago. It's time to fix it now with the new conditional loader.

This is the stuff that I prototyped and you perfected.

Give it a spin. The Dockerfile failed for me last time i tried. Moreover, it would have failed even so because of that we tried to do things (such as firewall management) that we would not be able to do in such environment. It did however work in the past.
