Adds:

This PR needs to receive real data from the BE. All hardcode data and examples are commented.

The picture below shows Quarterly Target as 49, but in the current code is set do display the 0(zero) option with the corresponding graphic figure.

It's not related to this task, but you must know this "GOOD" is hardcoded and will never change.

Is this a new change? This task did not relate to change any of the existing widgets.

It has been like this since the start. We decided to leave it as it is until we decide what’s “good” and what are the other values for this label

Ok, let's just remove "Good" for now then.
