[Visual Bug] Missing Quest exclamation mark above Head

What is happening: In the area Forest Song in Ashenvale there are couple of questgivers. However the yellow exclamation mark is missing for them. I already tried reloading and restarting Wow, but the issue is still there for me.

And in the last picture you can see that the question mark is shown again.

What should happen: Quests markers should always be shown.

Update:

I played around with the tracking function at the minimap. At the yellow quests markers are shown sometimes and somtimes not. It seems to be dependent of the "low level quests" tracking at the minimap. However this should not be the case, because low level quests are quests which are 10 level below my current level.

Note to testers make sure you turn on your "show low level quests" when testing this please

Possibly they need the setting in game player settings (check this also)

Quest visual should be shown if player is has the level requirements/ or silver when players level is too low

Update I do believe that this is why the "show low level quests" has its tracker via the minimap option. because when tracked i have no issue ....

Although when i down my level to under the required level it doesnt show the exclamation mark as silver as its meant to)
