What is happening: Currently, gathering herbs does not gain any sort of Volatile Air, despite farming hundreds of them. Chance could be too low, or it's simply bugged (Or a case of bad luck)!

What should happen: An Engineer with this item should be able to collect Volatile Airs with skinning, mining, and collecting herbs as the tool tip says.

I do not get an increase in volatile airs from mining either, 1 air from around 25 stacks of elementium (which is low, even without this item!)

I did another round of farming, this time with herbalism. Gathered 20 stacks of herbs, 0 volatile airs.
