[General] Missing Movie and Roleplay Events. #3354

What is happening:

No movie starts

What should happen: Movie should start.

hm it's not actually a movie, more a blind vehicle event

just cosmetic. I will combine all issues with such movie missing to one later :) Because this has no realm impact on gameplay, but takes ages to script. Once all basics are done, we can start inspecting that all again.

However, the problem is that when handing in the quest, the cinematic that should make you ride to the shrine with the wolf gets stuck at this point with the wolf not moving. You need to alt f4 to exit the game, you cannot cancel the cinematic or get out of it in any other way.
