What is happening: Whilst you can loot the Fresh Ice Rhino Meat, when you try to use it targeted on the Storm Eagles above Frosthammer Hold, the game claims "You do not have a target"

What should happen: When a Storm Eagle is targeted, use the Fresh Ice Rhino Meat, and the quest completion is updated.
