Marksman Hunter Mastery #4122

What is happening:

Two things are happening;

  1. Wild Quiver is not proccing at all https://gyazo.com/c87d1d4bfe5e4bcb0545aeaeb61087e6 this is my recount after attacking a dummy for a little while

  2. The mastery stat doesn't effect your rating or % at all. https://gyazo.com/1073684cd32d625efa5f1d11b46422ec this is my normal mastery, saying 16.8% https://gyazo.com/cb411f6119c18563228578ddfe2abbe3 this is my mastery with a trinket in use, 1400 more mastery, but still 16.8%

What should happen:

Wild Quiver should have a x% (based on mastery) to fire off an extra shot when using ranged attacks

I was gonna post about this, but turns out there is a post about MM mastery still not working.
