[NPC] Skybreaker Marine - Icecrown

What is happening:

Twice in the past couple days, on two different characters, trying to port from inside "The Skybreaker" (Alliance ship flying over Icecrown):

• the port failed
• for the mage, a teleport rune was consumed
• for the non-mage, the hearthstone wait cooldown timer started
• when I flew out manually from the ship, all NPCs were missing from game (in Icecrown, and in Dalaran once I got there).
• after logging out and back in to hopefully reset this, I was back inside "The Skybreaker".
• this last time, when I reappeared inside the ship, I noticed all the interior NPCs (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=37830/skybreaker-marine and others) were "sliding" through the ship as though they were fixed to ground rather than inside ship. They passed through and floated outside as the ship moved away (see screenshots). This didn't seem to happen to the NPCs on deck.

this has phasing issues same as the one in deepholm and some glitchy bugs that make npcs slide off the ship
