[PVP] Wargames #4246

What is happening: Wargame feature doesn't work. If you target and challenge another group to a Wargame it doesn't start / proc the que.

What should happen: Should start the Wargame / BG match up.

Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Undocumented: Added and replaced arena skirmishes. Became available with Arena Season 9, which began on December 15th, 2010.
