Quest: "The Final Ritual" #4271

What is happening:

The Gnom in the Cave gives you a lot of Quests. After accomplishing all, you can do the "The Final Ritual" Quest. After Starting the Quest, nothing happens.

What should happen:

For This Quest, a second guy (besides the Gnom) should appear to do or attend the 'Ritual' This guy doesn't appear.

It can't be completed because "The amulet of Sevine quest doesn't work. Need all 3 amulets for ritual.
