What is happening:

Cannot be used in water

into any water does the charge not work. in Vashj'ir too, more precisely, when you swim and try to use charge, dose not work.

I have noticed that Charge (ID:100) cant be used at a certain depth. at the surface or near the surface works.

at deeper depths you get the message "No path available"

Can now charge underwater, but places like Vashj'ir all the way at the bottom still gives you a "No Path Available" error.

Still needs more work for deep depths and while falling.
