What is happening:

Bears are in their position, keys are dropping from the nearby mobs, cages that trap the bears are not spawned.

What should happen:

In order to complete the quest, the bears that originally are trapped inside cages and meant to be saved/unlocked ( 8 in total ) are not spawned.

Is it crashing the server?:

No.
