What is happening:

quest item works but no quest credit
missing quest markers
[x] missing NPCs 7th Legion scout
[x] missing dead https://www.wowhead.com/npc=45882/forsaken-vanguard

village is completely empty

What should happen:

Use the Bundle of Torches to torch the Pyrewood Town Hall, Pyrewood Inn and Pyrewood Chapel.

should give quest credit
should be stealth NPCs
should be dead Vanguards
