She hands you the quest [The Emerging Threat] linked below, which requires you to talk to her again when you are ready for her to take you somwhere. The dialogue click option is missing to do so.

I think the NPC lacks the interactive dialogue that will state that you are ready to navigate the area.

The character/toon should ride in an auto-pilot hippogryph that will fly around the north western pasrt of desolace.
