I would like a raffle command that I or any @ can use to start a raffle where we randomly select a name of someone who has not been idle for more then 2 hours.

I will take a look at it, but I think an easier solution for me and a less resource consuming solution for the bot is to add a "!raffle" or "!raffle enter" command that adds the user to the raffle for the next 2 hours. The user will receive a PM with confirmation

Operators can then use "!getRaffle", or something like "!raffle choose", and a winner will be either posted in the channel or whispered to the Operator.
