Support for Flatpak,snap,Appimage, .deb #87

Hi It will be wonderful and make it easier to support well known packaging system such as Flatpak/snap/Appimage/deb to make the instlattion simpler. What do you think?

It would be wonderful, I agree. Unfortunately I currently lack time to learn how to package for them.

I just added this to the MPR which could provide the .deb packages for Debian/Ubuntu based distributions - would there be any interest in adding instructions for installing it to the README? I could make a PR if needed.

P.S. The MPR is a platform I've personally created but it's already seen quite a bit of success, and at the least it provides an easy-to-use method for installing this package on Debian/Ubuntu systems.
