Support for Doorbird cameras #57

I suggest to add support for Doorbird cameras. I use a Doorbird D21x and added the following configuration to camera_models.dat which works perfectly fine: 46|Doorbird|D21X|/bha-api/image.cgi|CURLAUTH_DIGEST. Thanks for the great work
